The White Lotus Attar is famous for its wonderful smell. Associated with the Hindu Goddess of Wealth, the white lotus is considered very holy, and as such is used in religious ceremonies. It is also used in the perfumery industry. Direct use of this attar should be avoided during pregnancy.
In the late thirteenth century, the first signs of the White Lotus Society were found. It was also believed that the White Lotus sect were one of the main ancestors of the Chinese organization known as the Triads
